Replace the form template's parties
Replace the complete party list, and return the template. Include IDs to keep parties; omit IDs to create them. Properties you omit on a kept party, including its PIN, stay unchanged, and null clears a nullable property. Parties you leave out are deleted. If you remove the respondent, select another SIGNER before publishing. Existing submissions are unchanged. Requires forms:write and documents:write, including for drafts.
